THE INTELLECTUAL CRISIS
PLAYING IN THE DEPTHS
Many of them have themes that are still at surface level or deep but only relatively deeper where there’s always something even deeper, so that previous convictions are discarded because they’re deemed insufficiently deep, when in fact the current depth doesn’t mean reaching the fundamental bottom, but is merely deeper & deeper still.
So those who feel they’ve obtained profound knowledge don’t realize the threat from global news through social media communication showing there’s something even deeper that makes what was previously considered deep turn out to be still insufficiently deep.
They remain trapped spinning around there searching for where the depth is, when in fact the foundation (to be held onto) exists at every depth.
FAILED PERCEPTION - Cognitive Bias
Not to mention, their logic is deceived by perception like seeing a mirage or watching a magic trick where one cup of tea can be poured to become more than one glass, without realizing it’s a trick.
CROSS-SCALE
Not to mention, those who reject that from small things one can understand big things and are accused of violating the logical fallacy “fallacy of composition,” when in fact cross-scale reasoning is correct if its foundation is absoluteness that transcends scale.
IDENTITY CRISIS
Not to mention identities that are still growing without strong companions, playing in the realm of logic thought to be limitlessly flexible, making it legitimate to think freely which traps them into thinking beyond bounds, accepting nihilism or absurdism as an intellectual lifestyle which actually shows their failure to see reality as being limited to one side.
IMBALANCED
Not to mention feeling aligned with Stoic philosophy which is thought to represent religion, but without realizing being satisfied with Stoicism and ignoring religion’s completeness. When in fact Stoicism is only a fragment of truth and should be a trigger to facilitate learning or accepting religious truth, and not gradually merely acknowledging religion but in practice limiting themselves to Stoicism and stopping there without digging deeper into religious matters.
RAPID CHANGE - NO PREPARATION
From previously only reasoning with common logic... only relative or considered universal when in fact only deep enough that can be demolished when there’s something even deeper (when in fact each depth forms a framework about its absoluteness).
An inadequate preparation, because there are still many more rules of reasoning they must learn beyond classical reasoning to keep pace with the flow of information through global communication that comes so quickly & abundantly in rapid succession, while they’re not yet ready with absolute reasoning which is actually practical and simple.
TOO MUCH ARGUMENTATIVE BURDEN FROM GLOBAL INFORMATION FLOW, WITH MINIMAL REASONING PREPARATION.
MEANWHILE SPECIFICALLY IT’S NOT EASY TO OBTAIN ADEQUATE ACCESS TO THOSE WHO ARE READY because indeed there’s concern about being affected by their unreasonable free thinking.
📌 Even if there are those who offer the ability to help equip the minimal dimensions of their reasoning, even then those affected by “intellectual crisis & faith crisis” have already become stubborn (as a result of hastily accepting information without guidance). THIS IS WHAT MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR THOSE WILLING TO HELP THOSE WHO HAVE BECOME BELATEDLY STUBBORN, Except among those who truly want to learn.
1⃣ As a result, those who don’t realize they’re affected by confused doubt (because their stubbornness prides their critical thinking) don’t get the right platform that can straighten them out (because of their stubbornness)
2⃣ Not to mention those who have realized they’re trapped in confused doubt, but don’t trust many parties deemed not credible.
3⃣ Added to that, those who truly want to learn, but when separated from the community that helps them, are influenced again when returning to their old community
THESE THINGS MAKE THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY DOUBT BECOME PARTIES WHO ARE TRULY DIFFICULT AND IN FACT WHEN CONFRONTED WITH SIMPLE UNIVERSAL ABSOLUTE TRUTH, BECAUSE IT’S CONSIDERED TOO SIMPLE THEN THEY SEEK THE COMPLICATED
